To begin with, installers stepped on solar panels! Manufacturer's instruction clear stated DO NOT step. Upon my insistence, they replaced the panels. Later, when the system was generating error code, I email them for assistance. They never responded. Sent a follow email, no response. Brough to the attention of the General Manager, still no response. How hopeless can they get?

The panels flew off the roof in December and pierced through the neighbours roof.The system was installed in april.Gems answer was to put the claim through my home insurance. I live in Sydney and I was told the panels where cyclone rated.The panels came off in a storm hardly cyclone severity.I would have expected the repairs to come under warranty.
